Jill Milligan
Executive Director
Jill currently serves as Executive Director for Bruce Wilkinson Ministries. She and Her husband Joel live in Charlotte, N.C. and are blessed with 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Jill was on staff with Walk thru the Bible Ministries for 27 years and has a passion for teaching God’s Word for lasting lifechange. She also serves on the Charlotte Awake Board, a City reaching ministry and the National Lighthouse Committee with Mission America. In years past she has spoken for Christian Women’s Club, Christian Management Institute and the National Free Will Baptist. Steven Lester
Senior Creative and Marketing Director
Steven has 25 years experience in the corporate sector, having served as Vice President of two successful advertising agencies and the CEO of his own creative and marketing firm. He was the Creative Director for Turner Broadcasting System, and has worked for nationally branded clients such as McDonald’s, Valvoline Motor Oil, The Atlanta Braves, and Coca-Cola. In addition to his business experience, Steven is an ordained minister with 20 years experience pastoring churchs in the Atlanta metropolitan area.Steven is happily married to Rosemary, his love for more than 32 years. Together, they have two wonderful adult children, who were adopted from Korea and Russia.
Gordon Wilkinson Director of New Product Development
Gordon brings both breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of the printing, publishing and video production. He is well versed in cutting edge technologies and has developed many of our award-winning tools and training materials. Gordon is a process oriented, hands-on manager and problem solver. He has the unique ability to be a detail oriented, quality control agent, while also seeing the big picture.
Gordon ran his own successful business in the Atlanta area and has worked in leadership with numerous organizations, including a Vice President for two companies.
‘Gordo’, as he is called by friends, is Bruce’s brother. He is happily married to Cyndee, his wife of almost 40 years. Together they have one adult son.
Joel Milligan Service Coordinator
Joel worked as a project manager for over 30 years in case design for the manufacturing of refrigerated cases in the grocery store and restaurant industry. He most recently joined The Exponential Group as a Ministry Consultant. He and his wife Jill live in Charlotte, N.C. and have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Joel is an active member of his church and has a teaching ministry in the Mecklenberg county jail.
Troy Fairly Director of Partnerships
Troy joined Bruce Wilkinson Ministries in the summer of 2010. Since that time, he has worked closely with the ministry of Pregnancy Centers in an effort to maximize the success of their annual fundraising banquets and he has become an integral part of The Exponential Group. Troy combines over 20 years of experience in management, sales/networking, ministry, and coaching for the purpose of serving the vision and purposes of Bruce Wilkinson Ministries. He considers his position a privilege as he has enjoyed working with what he calls “the salt of the Earth’ – Directors of PRC’s.Troy currently resides in sunny south Florida where he enjoys life with his wife, Laura, and his two basketball loving boys, Luke and Jonathan.
Beth Cowan Administrative Assistant
Beth joined Bruce Wilkinson Ministries in May 2011. She and her husband, Leon, are native Texans but now live in Charlotte, NC. They have two grown children, Michelle Cowan and Kuhrt Cowan, and now Kuhrt’s wife, Lindsey. After working as a Registered Dental Assistant for 20 years, Beth felt that God was calling her into ministry. She has been very involved in Women’s Ministry for the past five years at her church in Houston, TX – Sagemont Church. After moving to Charlotte in December 2010, she met Jill Milligan, Executive Director of Bruce Wilkinson Ministries and was asked to come to work there as Jill’s assistant.
